Morgantown Running in Dutch Harbor Alaska
Congratulations to team Morgantown Running runner Ben Bolock who recently won the Polar Bear Run 5K in Unalaska, Alaska. Ben beat the previous course record by an overwhelming three minutes in a time of 15:40. Second place was almost 3 minutes and 30 seconds behind. Ben recently moved to Unalaska (Dutch Harbor in the Aleutian Islands) in December and has been living and training there since. This is Ben’s first race back after finishing second overall at the Freedoms Run Marathon (October) in Harpers Ferry, WV. Ben is looking to compete in an ultra back here in the lower 48 sometime this fall. Congratulations and good luck with your future races. We hope to see you back here sometime soon!

Soles 4 Souls
We have recently become a drop-off locations for Soles for Souls! As runners, shoes are our most important "gear." And we tend to go through shoes pretty fast, as the miles add up. While
they may not be ideal to run in anymore, they may be able to provide someone else with a pair of shoes they may otherwise never have.
Please stop by and drop off any shoes you may want to donate! And if you're coming in for a new pair of running shoes, why not bring your old ones in and drop them in our box!
